The farmhouse Mazzarella is situated in area south of Salerno in the National Part of Mount Picentini, at the foothills of Mount Tubenna overlook the Picentino river in the Campania region of Italy. Surrounded by olive groves, walnut, and hazelnut trees, and with an abundance of local wildlife, the farmhouse offers a calm and serene environment in which to relax.
The farmhouse of Mazzarella has been recently fully restored utilising traditional materials to ensure that the house retained its authentic Italian country style and remained sympathetic to surrounding countryside.

The building has six on-suite double bedrooms; some with balconies; that are maintained to high standard. The farmhouse Mazzarella offers its visitors the chance to enjoy a calm and peaceful stay in the heart of the Italian countryside and has amble pace to accommodate domestic pets (on request).

Activities
In the local area it is possible to undertake a number of activities including horse riding* and trekking, country walks and for the more adventures: longer hikes into the local hills. Tennis is available for the more sporting minded of our visitors at the local tennis club, that boasts grass, clay and concrete courts, both indoor and outdoor. Racket hire can be arranged with the club on request.
Visitors should note that horse riding is available through the local equestrian school Centro Ippico Campano which is affiliated to the F.I.S.E., located 500m from the farmhouse Mazzarella. In order to undertake any lessons visitors should be in possession of a certificate of good health and evidence of current and valid anti-tetanus inoculations. Details of current charges are available on request; temporary insurance can also be arranged through the school. All charges are payable locally
